I had a paella with fish, I liked it. My friend had a fish platter and loved it. We then drank homemade sangria. It was very good!

Good Portuguese restaurant at the St. Stephan sports center in Griesheim. We visited the restaurant on Saturday. Although it is a club room, it was very cozy. The service staff very friendly and attentive. As an amuse-gueule there were olives, aioli and white bread slices. The aioli tasted great. As a starter we had three different toppas: > Bruschetta with tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano and olive oil < > Baked sheep cheese with garlic in olive oil < > Sardines grilled with bones (Sardinhas) < The tappas were outstanding. The main course was > Grelhada Algarve: Grilled fish platter with hake, sardines, salmon, crab and calamares with fried potatoes and salad Unfortunately the fish platter could not maintain the level. Two of the fish pieces were in good taste but full of bones. The salmon was unfortunately over cooked and dry. Since the prawns were unpeeled, they had to be peeled by hand. A fresh cloth for the hands and an additional plate for the peel waste would have been a great advantage. If you overlook these points, the price / performance ratio was good to very good. We will definitely come back to try even more dishes from the extensive menu.

I have been hoping to find a good fish restaurant in Germany for the past 5 years or so and i somehow found this place. We went there for a family dinner and this place is great, the staff is very friendly, the food is absolutely amazing, there are lots of fish dishes to choose from, grilled or otherwise. Great tapas, great main dishes and very tasty dessert. Just do me a favor and dont go to a restaurant that serves great fish like here and order a pork schnitzel

Super paella, worth the visit in any case. Know in the vicinity no restaurant that makes an almost good paella. The tapas are great too!

Here it is delicious to dine. As usual with a Portuguese, especially the fish dishes are recommended. The service is friendly and the prices are more than adequate. In any case, this is enough to make you feel comfortable that this is a clubhouse that is once overhauled. Despite that, my absolute recommendation.

Nice Portuguese food. Friendly service. Tipical drinks. Just kind of loud (children screaming or crying). So this is a family restaurant too. Though good place to eat.

If I couldn't give a star. I worked in catering for years and also as a restaurant tester, but this time unofficially invited by friends. The ambience, the area, the staff and the prices did not match. First of all the fish for 16 €, stockfish. You could also expect something for the price. But then the surprise, the boiled potatoes were not fully cooked and tasteless, the fish for the price and the small amount sad and too salted. It didn't taste like anything. Tender but full of bones and the chickpeas weren't that inviting either. Not crunchy was just thrown out of the can. The plate looked like a massacre. So little was heard and felt of gastronomy there. And worst of all was the loud music, where I once asked that you turn off the radio or change the music. Then the music became silent for a short time and then made loud again. The same rock music has not changed. When I then got excited, I was given the bill. I paid for the food and packed up and left. Not even the dog wanted the food. I don't know where people learned to cook and serve. Visiting the Casa Algarve restaurant in Darmstadt was on Sunday, March 18th, 2018 from 5:40 - 7:15 p.m. I will avoid this place.

Homemade pizza sooooo good. They also make their own bread and it's delicious Friendly and professional!
